Food and accommodation is not included in the price of any of these trips, This gives participants the opportunity to choose the type of accommodation they would wish to stay in e.g, Hotel, B&B, camping, staying with friends etc.
For your own and others safety, it is imperative that participants abide by the decisions of our guides who are extensively experienced and qualified. We reserve the right to make changes to planned routes as a result of adverse or impending adverse weather conditions. It is the responsibility of participants to inform their guide if they feel unwell or are suffering from any medical condition, or are on any medication which may affect their well being.
Provisional bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit. If you cancel your deposit is non refundable.
In the event of a failure to achieve a minimum viable group size at least 2 weeks prior to the trip/ course date, it may be necessary to cancel. If we do cancel we will inform you promptly and offer a full refund of monies received, or offer you the opportunity to transfer to another equivalent trip.
