Kayak Coaching (Aviemore Area)
This is an opportunity for some early season skills building. The plan is to run this course in the Aviemore area, spending day 1 on Loch Morlich introducing kayaking skills.
Weather permitting we will run a trip on the Moray coast on the Sunday putting our new found skills into practise.
Plockton Area
The plan for this weekend is to base ourselves in Plockton and spend the 2 days exploring the coastline and Islands of the Inner Sound.
This area is rich in wildlife and stunning scenery, with the Isle of Skye, and Raasay and Rona providing a spectacular backdrop, and the ruggedness of the Applecross Peninsula close by.
Lothian Coast
The plan for this weekend is to run 2 day trips. Weather permitting we hope to visit the Islands off the Inner Forth, including Inchcolm Island home to Inchcolm Abbey.
Although a busy shipping area the Inner forth is also rich in wildlife, with seals and porpoises often spotted. There are excellent views of the city whilst paddling, and the Forth Rail Bridge offers a great backdrop.
